This is a bonus "hidden track" on the CD album version, that you can hear if you are very very patient after "Bury/Shalom".
I've decided to separate it from this song, so it could be easier to listen to it.
This was not recorded in the same way as the other songs. It is a very difficult song to produce...maybe it should have been more powerful or with more instruments.
Anyway this is the way I've decided to keep it.
21-10-2003 is the day Elliot Smith died. May his soul rest in peace.
lyrics
Die,
Die,
Die,
Why should I choose
Should I choose to die?
In
A basement
On the hill
In this place where she said
She said
I love how we share,
We share and breathe
Share and breathe the air
The air,
So precious
That we need
The purest to live
And live,
Live,
Live,
Why should I choose,
Should I choose to live?
Here,
Right now
I choose to live
Even if I have
Even if I have
No friends, no love, no hope
No one to take my life in their hands
No friends, no love, no hope
No one to give my life to in the end
The past
is there
In my head
And I can’t control
The move of the waves
Don’t you see
Can’t you see the full moon
Don’t you see
Can’t you see the full moon
Don’t you see
Can’t you see the full moon
